I found this event advertised on the school calendar of events. We hit it up quite early around 8am. To our surprise, all the attendees were school employees – ranging from cleaning staff, cooks and office workers. Luckily they didn’t discriminate and welcomed us in.
There was more than enough food to go around anyways.
It was a typical breakfast: fruits, breads, beverages, and hot foods. But it was the sheer quantity that made this event so lavish. Had I not had class later on, I would have come back to doggy bag the leftover food home. It just so wasteful they would throw away perfectly edible food.
