A charitable organization funded by the school was having its annual general meeting then. All was welcome, even non-members. They served up entirely vegetarian Indian food. I stayed at the event for about 1.5 hours, the topics addressed were mildly interesting, mainly how to get involved, what they accomplished this academic year, etc. I feigned classes and excused myself.
