Eating free food and not spending any food on groceries takes quite a toll on your body. I would be basically intermittent fasting between free food events, and gorging myself during the events. I gained over 8lbs from this behaviour!
Yes, I am jumping on the New Years Resolution’er bandwagon and pledging to eat healthier this year. I started buying groceries, and particularly, stocked up on Optimum Nutrient Whey from bodybuilding.com because of this deal. I picked up 10 lbs for only $67 (5lbs for $33), almost half price of their regular price! I didn’t buy more because I still had Kaizen Whey from Costco when they had their sale (5lbs for $38.99).
Generally, as long has you are paying under $10/lbs of whey protein, it is a good deal.
I also received another instalment of my OSAP grant. I received an additional $4000 of loans, but I won’t count that in, since I will have to pay it off in a few years.
