As a part of the welcome week festivities – there was a community cleanup and BBQ to follow. Unfortunately, I had class all through the cleanup. I came around the end right at the start of the BBQ. Despite the fact this was geared towards first years living in residence, my friend and I blended right in. It was a nice BBQ, lots of burgers and chips available for everyone. No one called us out, so we ate our fair share and quickly left.
