PWC organized visions to reality (V2R) conference for free, at a downtown Toronto location. Corporate conferences are always the best – they spend thousands of dollars to promote their brand name and usually they are always free. It was held in a swanky conference hall in a downtown high rise.
This year’s MSU club awards night was open to all the clubs, not just nominated clubs. Thus no sign in was required. Food and appetizers were served immediately. Nothing special, the standard pub fried food and some bite sized pizza. There wasn’t enough food ordered, and were quickly cleared out.
The MSU Block Party Featured RJ Mitte of Breaking Bad to deliver the “Last Lecture”. It was the highlight of the entire party, since most of the outdoor festivities were rained out. Attendees to the Last Lecture were treated with breaking bad themed foods, which were essentially just cookies, cupcakes, pizza, burgers or chicken fingers.
The indigenous studies hosted a final end of year party for everyone to attend. Like all the previous events it runs, food and entertainment is always excellent. No RSVP required.
