I’m part of the executive committee that organizes this annual event. Based on the budget, this was a huge networking night for students in finance. We rented out a bar in downtown Toronto and invited bankers on Bay Street to meet with students. Some notable companies were CPP, Moelis, CIBC, TD, RBC and BMO.

Tickets were $40 per student, but thankfully execs were free. The night cost our club $25,000! Most of it was spend on the $20,000 bar tab. There was also a sushi buffet and various other foods/desserts. Most attendees got their money’s worth – bar shots and whiskey was all people had.
It was a great event. Everyone had lots of fun and met great people. Not to mention the free liquor!
