One of my friends was co-chairing a conference on healthcare, known as Smart Solutions. Several professors came to speak, on various topics on global health. Around 30 students came out total, which was quite a small turnout.
Regardless, a decent breakfast and lunch was served to all attendees.
Breakfast was coffee and pastries. Lunch was cold sandwich from Subway.
