Right after the panel debate on open access, my good friend and I noticed an empty dining hall with tables of food sitting there. Seems like a huge event just ended, and the was the window of time just before the catering staff came in to clean up. We quickly rushed in to eat our fill and package food to go. It truly is a terrible crime to let all this good food go to waste. We didn’t have enough containers or bags to carry the food, so some creativity and flexibility came in: we took clean garbage bags from a garbage bin to fill the food. Often times, the cleaning staff leaves several clean bags underneath the bins, so they wont have to refill bags as often.
They were 100% sanitary, and here is the loot I came home with.
