A group of students in my program hosted a charity casino night, sponsored by our program society with a surplus of money. The event was extremely well run – poker, blackjack, roulette and craps tables were rented from a casino. Dress code was formal and the entire night had a very posh and professional atmosphere. Food was served in another room – it was restaurant grade pizza and salads. Much better than the typical fast food pizza I usually encounter. I feasted on BBQ chicken pizza and chicken Caesar salad. Before the event ended, the food room was unattended so my roommates and I took an entire package of vegetables and dip.
