Day 2 of the residency interviews. I had class in the morning so I didn’t get any breakfast from them. For lunch they had catered hot foods again – chicken stir-fry, fried rice, hor d’oeuves. I happened to walk by right after lunch, as the catering staff was cleaning up. They let me take the leftovers. Despite what the picture looks, it was very delicious. Unfortunately I ran out of containers and had class very soon, so entire trays of fruit was thrown away.
I loaded up a plate as it was just finishing up.
Haha this looks quite unappetizing, but I assure you it tasted very well. I took the remaining chicken stir-fry but a large portion of the rice I didn’t fill up was ultimately thrown away.
